This project focuses on converting a three-bedroom apartment in Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria, into two separate units – a two-bedroom apartment and a one-bedroom apartment.
In addition to targeting tourists, this site also aims to attract locals who are seeking a relaxing escape within Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria. Each unit was designed to have separate living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, providing guests with privacy and a sense of personal space.
The blue and yellow theme, along with the use of grey as a color block, was also chosen to create a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere for guests. These colors were carefully integrated throughout the space, from the walls to the furnishings, creating a cohesive and harmonious design.
Paint has been utilised as a tool to achieve a range of visual effects within the rooms. Specifically, in each bedroom, we have strategically employed paint to elevate the perception of depth, height, and overall dramatic appeal.
If you are interested in learning more about how to achieve these effects using paint, we have a blog post that provides detailed instructions. Not only are these techniques highly effective, but they are also simple to implement and budget-friendly, making them accessible to all.
To optimize the limited natural lighting in the apartment, mirrors have been strategically integrated to reflect and amplify the available light. Additionally, a palette of light tones has been selected to foster a more expansive and airy atmosphere.
